I have trouble sleeping and living?
My dad died a few months ago but I feel like it was days ago. I am supposed to have started college but was too weak to begin. The holidays are coming and I always am in front of the television but now I cant even stand the tv because of those damn commercials. He always came home for the holidays. I am alone. All my friends are away at college. I wanted to call a close mentor of mine from high school but I just dont know how or what to say. My biggest problem is falling asleep. I watch tv until 2-4 am. Its very hard to not think about whats going on. What do I do about these problems? Im very fragile right now and dont know if Im going to make it.
I am sorry about your father, i know how it feels not having much support around you.Can you get a job to get your mind off of this?
